Stroke Recovery– Two Handed Activities With A Stroke Impacted Hand

Are you recovering from a stroke or know someone who is? The impact of a stroke on the body differs from one person to the next.

For adults recovering from a stroke, they are trying to gain back what they have lost. For young children recovering from a stroke, they may never have had the skill, to begin with.

In this video, I demonstrate several different activities that people with two hands can do without even thinking about it. For those who have had a stroke, however, and are working with one good hand/arm and one weakened one, it can be challenging to accomplish the same tasks.

It is possible, however, with practice and determination. Children recovering from a stroke can accomplish anything they put their minds to!
