Driving Knob

If you limited use of one hand you should use a knob when you drive. The knob will help the driver have better control of the wheel than driving one-handed without a knob. It is also not legal to drive with one hand, unless you have a knob.

If you are not one-handed you are not allowed to use it since the preferred method is to drive with both hands on the wheel.
